OLG strengthens its engineering team with two new appointments to its board.
OLG is pleased to announce the appointment of two new directors to their engineering division further strengthening the experience and knowledge of the Board of Directors.
Martin Renshaw is appointed Projects Director. Martin is an experienced Chartered Electrical Engineer with significant experience in technical delivery and management of projects across multiple sectors, sizes and life cycle phases. He has previous experience of managing large multidiscipline teams, defining site standards and providing turnaround support to capital projects.
Martin is a diverse, results driven, logical, methodical individual with a strong approach to achieving tasks and objectives given, within projects and the wider business with excellent planning, organising, people and project administration, communication and interpersonal skills.
Lawrence Bush is appointed Engineering Director, and brings a wealth of experience from across a broad range of industries operating at various Management levels within organisations, including most recently as an Executive Director reporting to both shareholders and stakeholders.
He has a track record of growing both capability and capacity within organisations and shares our passion in developing and empowering people. This is coupled with his experience in the successful delivery of multi-discipline engineering projects.
Lawrence’s recent experience is within the renewables energy industry which aligns with our values to support the decarbonisation of industry. This appointment will reinforce OLG’s strategy and contribution towards Net Zero across the UK.
