OLG is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Mitchell as Managing Director of OLG, effective immediately.
Andrew returns to OLG from Spencer Group, where he further strengthened his senior leadership and operational experience within the construction and civil engineering sector. A familiar highly respected figure within the business, Andrew previously held senior roles at OLG and has a deep understanding of the company’s people, clients and markets.
Andrew brings with him extensive operational and strategic experience across the engineering, construction and industrial sectors. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong ability to drive performance, building high performing teams and delivering complex projects safely and efficiently.
In his new role as Managing Director, Andrew will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of OLG, working closely with the Board and senior leadership team to deliver the company’s strategic objectives, enhance operational excellence and support sustainable growth across all divisions.
