OLG is pleased to announce Phil Randerson as Lead Planner starting on July 8th, 2024.
Though not his first stint with OLG, having previously served from 2012-2016, Phil brings extensive experience from former roles at BAESYSTEMS and most recently, C-Capture in Leeds.
His new position at On Line House, Immingham will involve crafting the planning strategy and reporting structures for all projects, activities and resource allocations.
Phil and his wife live in Brough, East Yorkshire and have two children; their daughter is in Derby, working and studying with Rolls Royce, while their son has completed his A Levels and plans to attend university soon.
53-year-old Phil enjoys snooker, despite self-proclaimed modest skills, and is a devoted Hull City fan. As Phil steps into this role, he’s eager to contribute his expertise to OLG’s growth and reconnect with both long-standing and new colleagues alike.
Phil said, “I’m really looking forward to re-joining OLG in this new role and using the experience and knowledge I’ve developed to help establish the structure and strategy to help continue to drive OLG forward. I’m really looking forward to getting re-acquainted with the team that are still there and getting to know the new members of the team.”
