Our engineers are skilled and seasoned, demonstrating expertise in design intricacies, construction logistics, and meeting end-user needs. OLG places great importance on the career growth of our team members, ranging from apprentices to our Chartered Engineers.

By leveraging advanced tools, we aim to design solutions that are both innovative and practical while providing added value. We employ the comprehensive Autodesk AEC collection for our work, including Civils 3D and Revit for building and civil projects, as well as Advanced Steel for structural modelling and fabrication details.

Additionally, we use Tekla Building Designer, StaadPro, Tedds, and other design engineering and analysis programs. While specialising in various levels of detailed design- from conceptual phase and Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) to detailed construction designs, we also believe in the merit of manual checks from fundamental principles.
