OLG are pleased to announce the appointment of Matt Winfield as Mechanical Contracts Manager. Matt joined the organisation at the beginning of April and will be based at our Grimsby facility to strengthen our management team and bring further experience to support the development of the operational area of the business.
Matt has over 20 years of experience in the design, fabrication and construction sector having started his career as an apprentice draughtsman progressing over the years to his last position as Tier 4 Contracts Manager for Blackrow Group.
Away from work Matt lives in Goxhill, North Lincolnshire with his wife Alexandra and 2 young children. So, as you can imagine he mainly spends his time on family orientated activities but when he does get some time to himself, he enjoys football, walking and bit of clay shooting.
Matt said being local he’s been aware of OLG and its great long-standing engineering reputation. He’s pleased to be given the opportunity to join the Grimsby Operations Team and very much looking forward to getting stuck into the new challenges that await him.
