OLG Engineering have recently secured the following four new projects with three of their major clients in the food processing and refrigeration sector.
- In a services upgrade for a major national food processing company, OLG Engineering are responsible for the upgrade of all hot/cold water, compressed air and gas pipework. As part of this project we are working in close collaboration with the client’s production team in order to minimise the impact on production.
- OLG Engineering will be responsible for the extension to an ammonia system, which is to be completed to a very tight timescale. Following 200 hours of prefabrication work the site team will have to complete and install the project over a 3 week period.
- The company will be one of several companies involved in an ammonia cooler upgrade for a major cold store facility. OLG Engineering will have responsibility for all the ammonia and drain pipework feeding several new coolers. The work will involve a shop based team prefabricating pipework to ensure that the site team who will be doing the installation can meet the 4 week program deadline.
- In a new thermal oil project for a major international client, OLG Engineering will be responsible for all pipework and pump skid prefabrication in addition to the site installation works. All prefabricated pipework will be subject to 10% NDT and final pressure testing before project completion.
