A year ago today, On Line Group were pleased to announce the appointment of Jo Fox as Group Financial Controller.

“My first year with the On Line Group has been very rewarding, even with the challenges of starting a new role in the middle of a global pandemic. The team have given me a warm welcome and I have enjoyed the unwavering support of the Directors in making some substantial changes within the finance systems. We have revamped the monthly reporting, developed Group reporting to allow more accurate forecasting. We have also scoped and implemented an entirely new integrated project costing system which has been adopted by four of the group companies with future plans for more development. I am proud of how far we have come, and I am excited about the opportunities to continue to offer excellent service to the wider Group.”
