On Line Design and Engineering are pleased announce the appointment of Ben Tiffney as Operations Manager. Ben joined the organisation at the beginning of March and will head up the Grimsby Operations area of the Business.
Ben has previously been on the Board of Directors at Blackrow Group. Starting his career as an apprentice Plater at LES he furthered this as a Draughtsman working for Unifab Engineering Ltd, specialising in food processing equipment. He then started his own profiling business, Tifftech Laser Cutting ltd, which eventually became part of Blackrow in 2010. Since then, Ben has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience working in the operations side of the business.
Away from work Ben lives in New Waltham, Grimsby with his wife Kelli and two children. He enjoys watching Leeds United, keeping fit at the gym and the odd weekend away in his Campervan!
Ben said, “The Grimsby Operations site has a lot of history of which I am proud to now be a part of, I am very pleased to be given the opportunity to join the team and very excited for the future of the business.”
