OLG is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Kofoed as Senior Project Manager, effective from April 7, 2025. With a distinguished career that spans over three decades, Andrew brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role.
Andrew’s impressive background includes 22 years of service in the Royal Navy as a Marine Engineer and previous employment at Axi Design and Engineering Ltd, where he worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, Head of Engineering, and Senior Project Manager.
Andrew earned his first degree at the age of 37 and has since accumulated four degrees. He is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with the IMechE and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
In his new role at OLG, Andrew will manage the life cycle of assigned projects, develop project governance and quality management, and support Project Director Martin Renshaw in achieving and surpassing company KPIs.
Andrew resides in Kirton in Lindsey with his wife, Joy, who is a Business Development IT Officer for North Lincolnshire Council and currently serves as the Deputy Mayor of Kirton in Lindsey. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys socialising with friends, golfing, travelling, and, as he humorously puts it, “trying to keep Joy happy.”
