Celebrating 38 Years of Service

We are pleased to recognise John Smith, Mechanical Fitter / Machine Operator, for his remarkable 38-year tenure.

Since joining in March 1988 in Grimsby, John has shown consistent dedication as the company transitioned from Anglia Engineering Limited to OLG Construction.

Beyond work, he enjoys caravanning and has a creative passion for crocheting.
