OLG recently gave a big shout out to a special little girl called Bethany Coxon.
7-year old Bethany wanted to help children that have lost their hair due to illness, and decided to have her own hair cut so that it could be packaged up and sent to the Little Princess Trust for them to make children’s wigs.
On 3rd April, Bethany had the ‘big chop!’ A huge 11.5 inches of Bethany’s hair was cut off in preparation to be sent to the Little Princess Trust.
Bethany said how she was “nervcited (nervous / excited) before I had my hair done, but very happy with my new style. I would like to thank everyone at OLG, (Daddy’s work) for their support and kind donations.”
The total raised so far on the JustGiving site together with cash donations is an amazing £680.00.
The Little Princess Trust provides free real hair wigs to children and young people, up to 24 years, who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or other conditions.
