Policies

Policies set the boundaries within which we operate. They also reflect the culture of OLG.

Procedures, which all staff are required to follow, outline the series of steps that we use to accomplish specific tasks.

Approved policies and procedures provide a framework in which decisions can be made. They help us to standardise and improve our services and products and achieve greater understanding among our staff.

We consult staff when we develop policies and procedures, and update these regularly.
