Site Manager
OLG Recruitment is currently looking for a Site Manager for our client located in Holland. This work will include the installation of a replacement 11MW steam generator at their Farmsum site.
Supply of the main equipment, design and installation of interfaces including; new foundations, electrical installation of cables and switchgear, new pipework and Instrumentation and Control equipment. This is a contract position for a minimum of 4 weeks, possibly extending to 6 months.
Duties will include:
- Management of site safety during demolition, installation and commissioning.
- Coordination of site activities.
- Communication between the client, project team, suppliers and contractors.
- Relaying of issues relating to Safety, Schedule, Cost and Quality to relevant project team members.
- Organisation of permits in compliance with safe working practices and site standards.
- Generation of site records
- Involvement in project updates and meetings
- CDM knowledge
Requirement to travel to and from Holland, 2 weeks on and 3 days off.
Ideally, you will have experience in similar positions and be qualified with some formal HSE accreditation i.e. IOSH, site card, etc.
