Project Overview
Pre-FEED and FEED:
OLG provided the design for Jetty topsides including the pipelines, electrical, instrumentation and controls from the east plant boundary limit via a landslide piperack, through to two marine loading arms located at the head of the new jetty terminal.
The landside piperack was routed through a Tree Preservation Order (TPO), meaning the final routes, location of supporting infrastructure and overall footprint of the access roadway, walkway and piperack had to be optimised to reduce the impact on the TPO. The jetty topside design required close liaison with not only Air Products but with the new jetty owner ABP.
The piperack utilises a series of modular pre-assembled racks (PAR) to allow pre-assembled units (PAU) to be fully constructed and tested offsite before being transported to site to make the final hook-ups, reducing the overall onsite.
