Principal Process Engineer John Lewis is celebrating 20 years’ service with the company.
Based at the Colden Common office, John’s role has seen him undertake a wide range of projects, and his role has included commissioning and validation of equipment, secondment to a Clients’ process team and process modelling. He is also well-known as the “office go-to” when anyone has questions regarding Excel or general IT.
42 year old John first joined the company as a Graduate Process Engineer straight from University (UMIST in Manchester) in September 2002.
John lives in Eastleigh, Hampshire and his hobbies include attending Secret Cinema. Secret Cinema hosts film and television screenings in atmospheric locations where audience members walk between different sets encountering actors playing characters from the movie or show.
He said, “When I started at BPE I was the only staff employee (everyone else was either a Director or a Contractor). I have seen the company undergo many changes during the past 20 years but whilst it is a very different company from when I joined, it still remains an enjoyable place to work.”
